Linear systems, profiles and strips
The main Nexia linear ranges we supply. Strips and profiles are specified and cut to the lengths on your drawings.
Continuous linear structures with endless configurations: wall, suspended, recessed and surface versions, corners and up-and-down light. Infinity Intelligent adds light and presence sensors that learn the space and save energy.
A slim low-voltage line in 2700K, 3000K or 4000K, DALI available, in black, white, coral red, blue grey, cement grey and silk grey. Lengths from 625 to 2000 mm.
Linear structures that clip together and adjust without dismantling, for fast installation in offices and retail.
Profiles that hold, cool and hide the LED strip behind a diffuser: mini, corner, double-LED, up-and-down, suspended, floor, walkable and bendable versions, up to 42 W per metre.
Trafalgar Square COB for continuous light without dots, Long Island 48V for runs of up to 50 m without voltage drop, Alhambra with CRI above 98, tunable white and RGB, RGBW versions.
Waterproof strips for outdoor coves and facades, and a UV-resistant IP67 neon that bends to shape, supplied cut to length up to 10 m.

Linear lighting: frequently asked questions
What is linear lighting?
Linear lighting is a continuous line of light rather than separate points: suspended or recessed linear luminaires in ceilings, and LED strips in aluminium profiles in coves, joinery, stairs and floors.
What is the difference between an LED profile and an LED strip?
The strip is the light source; the aluminium profile holds it, cools it and hides it behind a diffuser for an even line. For a clean result and a long life, an LED strip should be installed in a profile.
How do you avoid visible dots in a line of light?
Use a COB strip, or a high-density strip in a profile with an opal diffuser and enough distance between the strip and the diffuser.
Can linear lights turn corners and be made to custom lengths?
Yes. Infinity and the profiles have corner and joint connectors, and strips and profiles are cut to the lengths on your drawings.
Can linear lighting be used outdoors?
Yes, with IP66 or IP67 LED strips and the IP67 neon, which is UV resistant and supplied cut to length to stay waterproof.
How long does delivery to Dubai take?
Lighting from Europe is shipped by air and reaches Dubai in up to 5 days. Production time for each item is confirmed in the quotation.
